Firefly is a super correct young mare that
simply must be shown. She is by AMHR National Champion and PtHA World
Champion stallion CSF Mark Chestnut and her dam is an AMHR National Top
Five Show mare, Foxfire's June Bug II. June Bug is featured in Pat
Elder's Outstanding Miniature Mares book and Mark Chestnut is featured
in Pat's Outstanding Miniature Stallions book. With limited
showring experience Firefly placed Top Ten
in Futurity Mares at AMHR Nationals in 2006.

Her movement is simply awesome and she would make an awesome cart
horse. We intended to have her driving for Nationals, but just ran
out of time with too many horses to show and not enough help. Or

Firefly had her first foal August 1, 2007, out of our black and white pinto
stallion, Double AA Cheyenne Chief, a National Champion Producer.
The colt, Mini-Go-Round's Choctaw Chief, is an exquisite SHOW colt, and
can be seen on our 2007 foals page. Firefly
also brought home 2 Top Tens from the 2006 ASPC/AMHR/ASPR World Show in
Columbus Ohio in July 2006. She placed 4th in Youth Halter Mares
Over 34"- 38", and 7th in AMHR Mares 3 & older, Over 34" - 38". |
