| Remarks: | Kalipso was one of our daughter's show mares. She
did well in the showring with only limited showing. She is an
AMHR Top Ten Mare. She was shown in liberty, halter, color, and most all youth classes. We registered her with the Pinto Horse Association and planned to show her with PtHA also, but never got the opportunity to do so. After retiring her from showing, we bred her a few times and she has had some nice foals for us. Some of them are: Mini-Go-Round's Hotshot (chestnut pinto colt) - out of our black pinto stallion, Chief. Mini-Go-Round's Kaleidoscope (blue eyed medicine hat filly) - out of our chestnut medicine hat stallion, Joker. Mini-Go-Round's App-solutely Magical - (black leopard pintaloosa) out of our black leopard stallion, Blizzard. There are some photos of Kalipso in her summer coat below, as well as photos of her foals! I would just as soon keep this gorgeous & super sweet mare in our breeding program, so if you're interested in her, better hurry before I change my mind & take her off the market!! |
