Pearl
is a mostly white bay pinto daughter out of our National Champion stallion,
Jandt's Comanche Warrior. She inherited both her sire and dam's pretty
blue eyes & she will be an awesome pinto producer as she most likely
carries both tobiano and splashed white overo pinto genes. This is why
she has so much white and so very little bay coloring, but even when bred
to solid colored stallions she will produce pinto foals a large percentage
of the time. Her dam is a gorgeous grulla (black with dune gene) splash
white overo pinto mare! If we weren't reducing our mare herd at this time,
I would keep her for my breeding program, as she is a very correct, and
well bred mare. |
