Remarks: | Lil Chianti's dam is a fewspot appaloosa mare that throws great appaloosa color no matter what she is bred to. His sire is a consistent producer of National Champion show horses, such as Lil Chianti's full sister, Mini-Go-Round's Leopard Princess, a loud black leopard appaloosa. His dam is a Double bred Grandaughter of Pepper, who was a son of the legendary CHIANTI. Lil Chianti looks a lot like the young photos of his great ancestor, CHIANTI, (see photo to right). Also, see photos at bottom of page of the original, young CHIANTI before he turned all leopard. Little Chianti will make a fine show horse with his correct conformation and a great future herdsire for producing appaloosas. See Lil Chianti's colorful full brothers, Mini-Go-Round's Comanche Chief, loud black leopard, sold for breeding stud in AR; Mini-Go-Round's Geronimo Chief, black leopard, sold for breeding stud to Bentonville, AR, & Mini-Go-Round's Chief Crazy Horse, beautiful loud leopard pintaloosa sold to Quebec, Canada. See our sales list for current pricing on Lil Chianti. |
